Ivo de Noronha MSc MIRPM AssocRICS

Ivo is the founder and managing director of Strategic Solutions (Int) Limited. He has over 20 years' experience in Real Estate Asset Management and over a decade experience in Block Management. 

Ivo specialises in real estate asset management, mainly acting for HNW clients besides managing his own property portfolio. Ivo’s areas of expertise includes tailoring bespoke strategic solutions for his clients’ real estate asset investment needs, mainly in the United Kingdom and now in Portugal and India.

Ivo advised high-net-worth individuals and key clients in longwinded and multifaceted Block disputes and complex asset amelioration matters while helping them minimise their risks and cost liability combined with strategic guidance on the implementation of procedures.

Believing that great Block and Estate Management contribute to effective Place Management, he led a research study along with global research scholars, subsequently published in an international peer reviewed academic Place Management paper entitled ‘Confused branding’, published in ‘Cities’ by Elsevier. Likewise, Ivo’s technical report on Place Branding Practice in the UK and Ireland co-authored with internationally renowned authorities on the high street was published by UK and Ireland’s respected voice for town and city management at a global level – ATCM.

Ivo is a full member of the IRPM and an associate member of RICS.
